Why, if they just replaced the pads and rotors, were they bleeding the brakes??

Two, when you say the brakes don't work, what exactly do you mean, i.e., not at all, spongy pedal, excessive pedal travel. Why are they now saying the master cylinder is broken, and.. how did it get broken, and .. why do they think the master cylinder is broken. If I were you, I would light a fire under somebody's a.. there,, can I say ass??
