The radio antenna wire is fairly easy :

Remove the ash tray and set aside .

Use a #2 phillips screw driver to remove the ash tray surround, if you're gentle you can leave the ciggy lighter connected, lay it over to the left .

Reach in the open hole and grasp the bottom of the radio with your fingers pointing up and pull gently, the radio will slide out in your hand, again be gentle and only pull the right side away from the dashboard so you can see / reach the hole the antenna wire (red arrow) plugs into the back of the radio, push it in whilst slightly twisting it until it stops, slide the radio back into place and turn it on to test .

The original Becker radio plays with the key off .

? It works ? good, now re install the ash tray surround and ash tray, go for a nice drive, don't forget to check the oil .
These exact instructions didn't work for mine. There are two secret brass colored clips on the right and left sides under the radio. You need to push down the left one with your left hand, push down the right one with your right hand and with your other hands slide the radio out just enough to be able to get one of your other hands in the to plug in the antenna.
