om617 Compression results

So I finally have done a compression test on my car.
Unfortunately, the results are not great, but maybe you can help me make seans out of this.

My cold compression results:
290 PSI
360 PSI
390 PSI
360 PSI
390 PSI

Obviously, the number 1 looks really off compering to the rest almost 25% difference.

Now I have redone the compression test on number 1 wet and got:
310PSI
And then after that hot (170F):
400PSI
Now my questions
Should I be even concerned if I'm getting 400PSI on hot?
From what I'm reading, if there is a jump in compression wet vs. dry, it indicates piston or ring issue, I don't get a jump in that case. What could be my issue?
My valves are at intake 0.11ish a bit lose, exhaust 0.35. I was too lazy to correct that, can this be the issue?

Thanks All!
