om617 Compression results

So I finally have done a compression test on my car.
Unfortunately, the results are not great, but maybe you can help me make seans out of this.

My cold compression results:
290 PSI
360 PSI
390 PSI
360 PSI
390 PSI

Obviously, the number 1 looks really off compering to the rest almost 25% difference.

Now I have redone the compression test on number 1 wet and got:
310PSI
And then after that hot (170F):
400PSI
Now my questions
Should I be even concerned if I'm getting 400PSI on hot?
From what I'm reading, if there is a jump in compression wet vs. dry, it indicates piston or ring issue, I don't get a jump in that case. What could be my issue?
My valves are at intake 0.11ish a bit lose, exhaust 0.35. I was too lazy to correct that, can this be the issue?

Thanks All!

Post Low Compression & Driveability

It all depends on how it runs and drives ~ a couple of my Diesels had low compression but ran well, didn't smoke or chug and got passable fuel economy so I left them alone , kept a weather eye on the valve adjustments .

A 20psi increase from dry to wet indicates the leak was valve related, that's good. If it went up 50psi or so that would indicate rings. Have the valves been adjusted lately? If not adjust them, run the car hard such as full throttle up long hills and then rerun the test. When adjusting the valves rotate them to the tightest spot and make the adjustment there.

Those results wouldn't have me concerned.

Good luck!!!

Those numbers look good for a cold engine.

On a side note a leak-down test is more accurate and reliable than a compression test.

The compression looks fine. Is it running smoothly?

Post Idle Engine Shake

It might be time for a set of Greazer's finely tuned & balanced injectors....
