So, I'm picking up a soon-to-be parts car and "runs and drives great" just turned into "I lost the title and the accelerator isn't working now".


I'm betting its the throttle bushing, and would love to avoid towing this thing 2 hours, I know the answer is "fix it with wire" but I'd like to be a bit more solid on what to do to get this thing moving.

Can anyone give me a better idea of the rig-up to get this car 130 miles, or am I just asking for trouble?

At the least, it'll help get it into the barn when I get it home.
