Try to use the correct spec as it is brakes. If the bottles are ANCIENT, sealed or not then I wouldn't use them as brake fluid absorbs water through the sealed containers over years...i.e., it has a shelf life.

How long to pressure bleed??? 30 minutes start to finish. Keep a close eye toward keeping the rear half of the brake fluid reservoir full as it fills slowly and it can be hard to see.
