1) Not in US trim.
2) Haven't driven it in a while so I don't remember. A little over 2000rpm I think.
3) It's practical to do it with every main fuel filter change so you have something to fill the new filter so you minimize priming time. Some folks fill the new filter with what's in the old filter but I'm clumsy so there's more on the driveway than in the old filter when it's finally out of the car. I think the main filter interval is 30K miles.
4) Depends on what normal means. An SD steering wheel is bigger and thicker than most steering wheels. Places like
