Best information suggests that one bolt location on the bell housing-to-intermediate plate interface was moved on the change from OM621 to OM615. The intermediate plates from later engines have both locations.
There is a control pressure linkage required that connects the "throttle" to the transmission control pressure lever.
The rear mount may very well be in the same location, but in any event will be close.
Shift linkage will likely require a bit of rework.
