M102 190E Fuel Distributor help...

I'm back. Acquired a 190E that has sat for more than 3 years. I cleaned out the fuel tank and fuel lines, as well as the fuel pump. I have checked fuel pump output and it "seems: ok, around 1L/40sec output.

I managed to briefly start the car... but idled roughly then died.

So i went to check on the injectors by placing them in individual bottles while running the pump directly. Key off.

Running the pump fuel immediately sprays through the injectors... is this normal? I was under the impression that no fuel was supposed to spray out unless the airflap was pressed in...

And another thing... injectors 3 and 4 sprays about half the rate of injectors 1 and 2. So I switched the injectors around... same result, either the steel lines are kinked... or there's something wrong with the distributor internally.

Can someone confirm if fuel is supposed to spray out immediately through the injectors once the fuel pump is activated?
