I took of the front wheel well liner and brushed/vacuumed out the debris that accumulated there. The two slit type drain holes are clear. I wound 5-6 pipe cleaners into a rope and inserted up the weep hole that is located just aft of the front wheel arch. The pipe cleaner came would/did not go as far up as I thought.
Should I try something a bit more stiffer. I also tried compressed air but not sure if that had any effect. I just want to make sure the weep hole is clear. Plan to do the same for the passenger side as well.
