I bet that 190E would be one troublesome car. Age is age, and time wears cars more than miles. All the seals are probably dried out, gaskets probably won't hold for long, and there might be a huge dose of corrosion in the engine. Fuel lines also don't do well sitting for long periods, and niether will the gas tank.
I would pay much less for a well used model with a good history. I know a woman that paid WAY too much for a 560SL with super low miles that ended up being the most expensive R107 SL in history after the super high price paid and the enormous list of repairs it required after it began driving.
