This is a bit of a sidetrack, but maybe useful. I recently had to rent a new Ford Taurus while my '86 300E was in the shop. When I used the windshield wiper I noticed that instead of a stream that basically hits just a small area of the windshield it sprayed a cone of fluid that covered most of the glass with a copious amount of washer fluid. Does anyone know if the late-model MB's use something similar, and will they retrofit the older cars, or can something better be easily adapted from another car?
Thanks,
Gary
