Can't help you much as far as obtaining parts, although you could try contacting the moderator of the Audio forum here, they seem to have stuff like that for sale and apparently at a reduced price from dealer.

If you expect the radio controls to operate the CD changer, the factory stuff is the way to go, or else you could install an FM modulated version.
