The Carfax report was posted right on the site.

The results are as follows:

6/91: Maryland title with 70K on the clock
5/97: Florida title with 97 K on the clock
9/98: Florida title with 99K on the clock
1/01: Florida title with 118K on the clock.

So, if they clocked it, it occurred between 1991 and 1997. They could have easily done it in that time frame, but probably not subsequent to that.
