one and send low pass signals to your amp.
If the amp or HU does not have one then you
will have to buy one.

thanks for helping me with the question i had. the reason i am worried is that becuase someone on a car audio forum did not advice me to do this becuase he said that if the amp was running stereo it might at one point send signal to only 1 voice coil, and the other one will just be sitting there affecting the sound. does this make any sense to you? i suppose if i make sure the amp has a mono mode it can be done without me worrying. thanks again for your advices.
