Isn't that fraud?Knowingly selling a vehicle with unknown mileage and not stating it in the auction. I just emailed the seller, pretty much told him off, then I emailed eBay and told them of this mileage ordeal. They will be looking into it immediately, but I don't think I ever get the report back other than if he closes the auction early.
