My old truck had 3 antennas on it. 2 for UHF and 1 for VHF. Those were the days I didn't care about aesthetics, but with this new(to me) car I'm not going that route.

For those who are interested, I contacted Sti-Co and US Communications in Anahiem, Ca, for Am/Fm disguised stock dual-band antennas. You tell them what kinda car and what freq bands and they tell you if they can do it. Well, they are NOT cheap. Around $300-$400, depending if you provide your own antenna, etc. So, now I'm trying to figure how they do it so I can make it myself. I know a dual-band coupler and Am/Fm broadcast coupler are needed, but I don't know enough about antennas to know how to get the stock one to a happy medium for 2m/70cm use.
