When I lived...

In the states, I had Sprint PCS. I never used my home land line. Always made my calls, including international, from the cell.

I found that the reception was very good and the customer service was excellent. Everytime I saw an ad on the television offering special deals from the competition, I would call (free call from the cell) Sprint Customer Service. I would tell them of the deal that the competition was offering and they would not necesarily always match it but make up for it with credit amount in minutes or more often $$$ credit on my monthly statements.

Furthermore, there was a time that I felt that the phone that I had was acting up and not getting the best reception anymore (I guess I dropped it one too many times) and I called at 6:30 PM complaining to customer service and by 10:00 AM next day I had a brand new phone on my doorstep!

My experience.........
