Anyway, I think you answered you own question. Have it flat bedded. You'll want to make sure they use the tow hook under the access panel in the front bumper to pull it onto the truck. Most tow truck drivers will look under the car, mutter to themselves about not having anything to hook onto, and then hook to the tie rods. Then they hit the hydraulic controls, and the tie rods bend within a second.

There's also a tow hook in the back of the car because, once again MB didn't make anything in the suspension that's good to hook onto.
