I've messed with my switches and motors quite a bit. I still have a problem with the RR switch. But, the issue is either the motor or the switch. My bet is that it is the switch because the motors seldom go bad. You can confirm this by removing the switch and applying power directly to the motor contact terminals. The motor contact terminals are terminals 1 and 2. You can obtain power and ground from terminal number three (12V) and terminal number four (ground). The window will go up when terminal 1 has 12V and terminal 2 has ground and the window will go down when terminal 1 had ground and terminal 2 has 12V.

All of the above information has been confirmed on the RR window. I assume that the RF window will have the same terminal patterns. The Germans typically find a pattern and stick with it.
