Power Steering fluid will not cross between Volvo and MB. Volvo still recomends ATF as a power steering fluid. A premium coolant for aluminum heads is fine for both. Oils - check owners manuals for specs, most premium oils will cover both cars. Brake fluid - both autos will require DOT 4. For more info on Volvo reqs, do a search here;
