Hi Joel,

I would probably go back to them and tell them just as you describe here. (No need to yell, yet.) Ask them to take another look at the brakes on the lift just to be sure all the lines are where they aught to be and the wheels spin reasonably free. I don't think they will charge you for it and you have peace of mind.

Could it be the road you traveled on? Tire pressure, window not quite closed?
