The killer!? Easy now.. It's not like he chainsaw-massacred the woman and child, although it looks like he was the reason the woman lost control over the car.
Anyone who's been driving on the Autobahn knows that in the fast lane, cars comes up like missiles from behind..
What happened in this case was a driver who counted on the other drivers ability to see him coming from behind and get out of the way -and a driver who didn't live up to these expectations..
In my book anyone who deliberately runs a red light should be punished harder than this guy..
