What happened in this case was a driver who counted on the other drivers ability to see him coming from behind and get out of the way -and a driver who didn't live up to these expectations..
In my book anyone who deliberately runs a red light should be punished harder than this guy..

What happens, just what happens, the victims were your loved ones. Do you still defend the killer or do you tell the deceased that they were just too dumb and too slow to get out of the way? You can drive like missles on the left lane, but that does'nt give you the right to run some one off the road!!! You need to have good judgement also!!! Think again. I like to drive fast too, but not recklessly!
