Around six in the morning.

The driver left Sindelfingen at 5.20 or 5.30 (the gas station receipt says 5.20, he claims it was 5.30) and the accident happend about 80 km down the road. These ten minutes are important, because the driver claims, that he came to the spot after the accident happend and that he saw the first police car.

Nevertheless, the Autobahnpolizei tried to cover the 80 km within 30 Minutes with a Audi Quattro and made it in time.

Pretty much every statement the driver gave so far was dubious and questionable. The other witnesses, hardly remember their name in front of the court. It is a disgrace.
