My 400E has similar mileage to that, these are the major repairs/maintenance I have done to it in the past 2 years:
Rebuid P/S pump
Rebuild air pump.
Replace air pump clutch
Replace cam seals
Replace wiring harness
Replace belt tensioner
Repair electric fan
Change Rediator fitting
Repair leaking windshield washer tank
Fix leaking in fuel pump/filters
Fix Radio reciever
Replace all engine breather hoses
Fix sunroof
Change Transmission shift lever bushings
Replace rear shcoks
Replace front/rear sway bar bushings
Plugs
Distributor rotors and caps
Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel filter
and lots of small things..

Things to do:
Timing chain, rail and tensioner
Left side rear tire has exessive camber
Heater blower makes loud noise
Front structs
Motor mounts
Throttle get stuck twice in two year for unknown reason
Sunroof won't tilt

For obvious reason I am selling the car, my 400E is a very very odd car.
