Hi,

I have an '89 300CE Coupe 3sp Auto.

At low revs and worse when engine is warm I get a bad mis fire - the engine has no power at all. The only way to get going is to use very light throttle to get the speed and revs up a little or use low range - once over about 1500rpm it performs fine with no hint of the problem.

Also the car is a little reluctant to start - have to use lots of pedal

I'm suspecting high tension plug leads - am I correct?
