As SB said, the Flash code from the built-in LED is the short code flash. A HHT tester is required for the digital codes.
Also, With those codes and the idle problem, I would look at the plastic vac. line in front of the engine going to the Air Pump switch-over-valve. They commonly crack from heat and this will get a code 4 [AIR Pump]]along with a rough idle. May also bring up code 10 [AMM].
..and change the resistor boots as SB recommendation, regardless.....
