I would think that it all depends on how it was taken care of. My brother once had a Datsun pick up with a diesel (might be same engine) It was pretty trashed when he bought it ,he ran it two years burnt a hole in a piston and sold it for more than he paid for it to a group here in Or that were buying small diesel pick ups in any condition repairing them then selling them in Central America...........
