Oh, yes. been there, done that. Mine only squeaks during warm weather. I found a good fix was to use a dab of silicon grease
underneath the little rubber lip or flap on the rocker panel.
This little flap contacts the bottom of the door panel when the door is closed.
It seems to me the actual squeak occurs there - the door panel
pushes the little flap against the rocker panel body and......squeak, squeak, squeak.
Just get a finger under the flap and lift it up slightly, then run a grease coated finger along it's entire length, and voila, no squeak.
Of course, with a gray door panel, I also tried the prerequisite duct tape on the door bottom, but no help.
