I found exactly what you have described, the line I am not able to find the correct nipple for is the other vac line that comes of the intake manifold, there are 3 lines that come out of the manifold, 2 from one nipple, one goes to the VOP and the other to the fuel control. The other line from the intake is a lonely line that goes to ??? it is a connected to the manifold directly behind the ETA connector bracket a little farther away from the engine than the other 2 lines.
I don't know why I removed it, it probably goes to the door locks or something.
