I have an '88 in diamond blue (I agree, love the color). I'm pretty sure robin's egg blue was not available. The other blue was midnight blue, but robin's egg blue would be much closer to the diamond blue. If the owner has the original books, the color code is listed on the last page. I can check what mine is when I get home.

Also, if you're planning to buy it, definitely have it inspected by a good independent mercedes mechanic. I probably put 5k into mine after buying it. If you get it for 10k, that's a good price for one with low miles assuming no major damage or problems.
