I am considering the purchase of a '01 E430. 24k miles. Used car dealer asking $32k. Carfax is clean. I will get PPI and Dealer service history. Looks, drives, feels new. A few cosmetic scratches.

What should I be aware of and looking for? How will mileage compare to the E320? Any owners care to comment?
