First, there is some confusion when it comes to 300 series diesels. There is a 300D, which is a "turbo diesel" sedan, which some people incorrectly terer to as a 300TD, and there is a 300TD, which is the wagon. Which do you have?

Also, all "PartsShop numbers" are Mercedes parts numbers.

You can click on "FastLane" select the "online catalog" and enter the information for your car. Then select the fuel delivery system category, and get the part numbers by selecting the specific part, and then clicking on "BUY". I don't really understand what you mean by, "P/N for the metal seal on top of the spin on fuel filter bolt, but I think the others might be:617-078-00-81 Diesel Return Hose 29cm length, & 615-476-03-26 Diesel Fuel Hose 3.2mm Idx1.9 Wall for Diesel Injectors. Check to be sure.
