On your model, you need to remove the console wood trim. It simply unclips from the rear - open the cupholder door, reach under the wood trim, and lift up carefully. You may need to unclip the plastic rectangular piece that surrounds the shifter first. The mirror switch I beleive, is separate from the window switches, which are all integrated as a single unit.
