1997 E300D Power Mirror Switch Removal
Where is a good place to buy this power mirror switch? I still have not figured out how to remove the switch. Also the headlamp assist bulb I have been looking High and low for a H6WU lamp. You would think it was the rarest bulb on the planet... Indy

On your model, you need to remove the console wood trim. It simply unclips from the rear - open the cupholder door, reach under the wood trim, and lift up carefully. You may need to unclip the plastic rectangular piece that surrounds the shifter first. The mirror switch I beleive, is separate from the window switches, which are all integrated as a single unit.
