Good Morning

On the coupe models there are a number of adjustments that can be made in order to improve the mating of the two side windows to each other. I have always used strips of paper for a reference when doing any replacement work that involved side glass on the coupe models. I place the paper between the glass and the seal in numerous places in order to check it for sufficient tightness. Place a strip of paper anywhere along the seal surface then close the door. Pull on the paper and notice the resistance, does it pull freely? Does it tear? Does it pull and curl the paper on the way out............for optimum sealing strive for curling of the paper. For me this seems to have been an effective approach for resolving wind noises and/or water leaks associated with side glass on two door models.
