Have you pulled the wheels and checked the condition of the pads and rotors? A pad may be worn unevenly or a rotor may have a very poor surface finish.

I just replaced the rotors on the SDL. There was a noticeable groove for the track where the pads sit and the pads had worn some decent grooves in the face. No groaning noises, but, I wouldn't have been surprised.
