I think the crystal is a bit too clear. Anybody have any opinions on the smoke corners? Do these corners have the standing light feature?

I am on the same boat as you. I was considering the crystal, but afraid it will not fit right.
I am not sure what the standing light feature is. If you are saying the putting the parking light on one side or the other when parked. That has nothing to do with the light itself. One thing to remember either way is to keep your original socket. You may need it due, some of the aftermarket and some OEM use a one filament bulb or does not complete the circuit correctly. My friend threw away his old corner light socket and always had the dummy light for a burnt out bulb always on, due to the socket in Europe and USA were different.
