The LAST thing I would have recommended doing is adjusting the adjusters on the headlights. These are very carefully adjusted at the factory, now it is up to the DEALER (ahem....) (the ones who can't return the car fully operational, THOSE guys) to get the HRA to work properly (at which time the adjustment will be WAY off) and use whatever means available to them, and all their wonderful working skills (ahem) to adjust the headlights properly.
Can you give me a STRAIGHT answer on where you live, or do I have to use my web browser to determine your location based on your "clue"?

PS and I suppose you still haven't looked to see if the level sensors were reconnected? I am even thinking the Xenon cars MIGHT even have a different lower control arm with facilities to attach the level sensor arm, I wouldn't doubt it, maybe they installed the wrong arms!
