My advice - don't do it.

Ask yourself why? Unless your teeth are really badly stained...like say a lifelong British smoker working in a coffee shop...you don't need it.

Teeth are naturally ivory-colored. Hence the tint of yellow.

By "whitening" you are "bleaching" your teeth. Your teeth are living utensils built to last a lifetime with proper care. The nerve of a tooth is susceptible to damage which can lead to a root canal and a dead tooth.

Is jumping on a trend worth potential damage to your teeth?

Just my happily, slightly yellowed-toothed perspective.
