I drink lots of coffee and tea. I used the crest white strips before my wedding and they were great.

I also used generic walgreen brand trays and they were just as good and ten bucks cheaper.

My wife says that using a laser could crack the teeth. Don't know if this is true, but she said she read and article somewhere.
