Hi all, Hope everyone had a great Christmas.
I just aquired the above car with aprox 275K miles on it. Got it cheap with a trans problem which I will ask about when I take delevery of the car and can check it out. I want to use it as a daily driver but I want to address any known issues before I put it on the road.
I will change all fluids, replace or repair brakes as needed, and any other maintaince that looks needed. What should I look out for? Any thing I need to do other than checking chain stretch? I have read about some of these engines breaking the oil pump chain but some people say don't worry while others say do it at 250K miles or sooner. The vacuum pump was just changed a few months ago and the Injection pump was replaced last year. Any thing else I need to check?
