there is some stuff you can get which is a 2 part expoxy called plastic weld.

Etiher that, or you can get JBquick by jbweld.

I have used the plastic weld to seal a leaking radiator coolant resevoir, and I have used jbquick to fix a leaking plastic radiator, and the radiator still isn;t leaking after almost a year.

So either one will work well.

I have used the plastic weld to repair a broekn top holder for an acryllic fish tank, and it has lasted 5 months so far without a problem.
