No, no dust filter and I specified that when ordering.

The motor and cages seem to be the same size (held side by side with my original part). Just the cages aren't in the correct position on the shafts to work.........

Can they be safely adjusted without wrecking them? I couldn't get my old cages off, so I'm a bit nervous about messing with these new ones.
