When something happens to your car immeduately after any repair or part replacement is made, its usually caused by the repair or repaced parts. So I would suspect the pulling to the right has something to do with the tires.

I would reverse the 2 front tires and see if it pulls to the left. If it pulls to the left after reversing the front tires, I would suggest you return to GoodYear.
