Changed oil and filter about 1000 miles ago. It seems to be leaking around filter cover. I replaced the large O ring and the washer around the long 13mm. bolt.

What is the torque on the long bolt,and which washer should i use ,the copper or the metell one. BTY what is the large washer in the filter kit for? The filter is a Hengst.
