Need torque info.
Changed oil and filter about 1000 miles ago. It seems to be leaking around filter cover. I replaced the large O ring and the washer around the long 13mm. bolt.
What is the torque on the long bolt, and which washer should i use ,the copper or the metell one. BTY what is the large washer in the filter kit for? The filter is a Hengst. |

Sorry dude, I am a basic DIYer, torquing is beyond me! I don't even have a torque wrench!

The torque on the bolt is 35nm. Use the steel washer on the bolt. The small copper washer is for the drain plug. The large copper washer is for the drain plug on the 107 chassis and some of the earlier cars.
