, according to WIS as of sept 94 eng 104 in c class uses tensioner with internal dampner???
As Vince has stated, it's spring loaded, as you push on the breaker bar (clockwise) the tensioner rotates and releases tension on belt, whilst holding pressure on bar you can remove belt, then slowly rotate bar back.
To hold the seal in place just use a smear of petroleum jelly.
