You can also use Zerex G-05, which is widely available - same stuff. It meets the MB spec. (Read the label.)
The best way to flush the system. is through the heater circuit outlet from the engine. This will allow you to flush both the engine and heater circuit. You can buy "flush kits" at autoparts stores, or just make your own from generic parts - adaptors, flow control valves, etc. from an auto parts store.
Cold flush, engine off slowly with the radiator and block drains open. Once the efflluent is colorless and tasteless the old antifreeze should be 99.99 percent removed. You can also hot flush after cold flushing by filling the system with water, then running the engine to operating temperature for a few minutes, then drain.
